Ludge is back, and this time he's bringing the bass full force. For his new Outdated EP, forthcoming on Funkadelphia Recordings April 28th, the local producer turns his attention to the roots of dubstep, developing a deep, minimal but intrusive bass sound.

 

Today we take a glimpse at the EP through the release's debut single, "Dubadelphia". The single mimics the early developing years of dubstep, finding a likeness to artists such as Rusko, Skream and Benga. Still, Ludge's own fruition is not lost, unleashing a dark, abrasive wobble similar to no other.
