Hailing from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Mutomb0 first began tinkering with electronic production during his teens. Immense amounts of time were spent splintering bedroom speakers with raucous sound design experiments. It wasn't long before these sounds began to find patterns within themselves, and Mutomb0 began piecing together full arrangements.

After playing his way through the Philadelphia underground with immersive psychedelic electronic selections from the scene's foremost underground artists and best-kept secrets, Mutomb0 took to the studio to complete his debut release, the DownTumb0 EP. Released on Funkadelphia Recordings in January of 2015, the EP showcased a side of the Mutomb0 project that few listeners had heard from the unreleased audio magic of the Philadelphia musician.

As time progresses, the ratio of original production to DJ selections within Mutomb0's sets has begun to slide steadily. Originally drenched in material from the producers that inspired his own sound, Mutomb0's sets have since grown to equally share time between these mesmerizing audio adventures as well as his own distinguishable material. Still holding on to many of his personal productions for private stock, Mutomb0 keeps his live sets a spectacle only able to be believed by being heard.
